Charter House’s Nite of Laughs and Music series has now become a show that is always sold out.
The reason is just simple; patrons get the opportunity to enjoy funny jokes and good music on one stage.

It was no surprise therefore that tickets for this particular event run out and patrons who didn’t want to be left out of the fun, thronged the premises of Charter House hoping to get a ticket.

Some of these jokes, the patrons have heard over and over again, but how it is told and delivered makes the trick and leaves patrons laughing their hearts out as they yearn for more.
The series comes on twice in a year, in July and December.

On Boxing Day, the likes of Emeka Smith, Elenu, MC Shakara, Helen Paul and Pencil excited patrons such as actress Jackie Appiah, Nollywood actor Hank Anuku, Black Stars’ striker Asamoah Gyan among others, while Samini and Rex Omar provided good music to climax a humorous night.

And for the first time, Kumasi, the Garden City experienced the Nite of 1015 Laughs and Music and it was a sell-out.
The event was held at the Georgia Hotel on the 29th of December 2012 and although it was the first time in the Garden City, it was well patronized.
The show saw the likes of Ghana’s top comedian Funny Face and Pencil, Emeka Smith and Bash from Nigeria, showing their prowess.

All comedians delivered rip cracking jokes and saw patrons laughing their hearts out.
On the side of music, the rap doctor who is now also known as Mr Versatile also thrilled patrons with back to back hit songs and crowned it with his Mr Versatile hit song which is gradually becoming the number one song in Ghana.
Keche of Aluguntugui fame also did their best to get patrons on their feet the whole time they were on stage.

The 1015 Laughs and Music, held in Accra and Kumasi respectively, was one of the best events that took place last year and it is being rumored that this year, the organizers will stage the event in Accra and some other regional capitals in Ghana.
Patrons are advised to start saving towards the hilarious show in Ghana because this year’s show will be bigger and better.
