Kwaw Kese: “Free SHS would have helped my Sister’s daughter”

It appears Hip Life artist Kwaw Kesse isn’t happy the National Patriotic Party’s FREE SHS policy, which he subscribes to, will never get to materialize, at least not in the next four years.

Shortly after Electoral Commissioner Afari Gyan declared the NDC winners of the December 7 and 8 polls, he took to his Twitter page and tweeted: “Free educatioN wud have hElpeD my Sister’s daughter ContinuE her # EduCaTioN, cOs ShE sELL’s puRE watEr oN dA StreeT@16., God bleSs # GHANA”.

Strangely, he never made his political leaning known before this month’s elections unlike some of his colleagues in the creative arts industry, who clearly took stands, endorsing the two parties.
